I have been going to gym for about 4-5 months, but only been doing everything right for two months. In other words, my first 4 months I didn't know much about lifting so it wasn't that effective I think... Pic taken in Dec. 6. What do you think? Don't expect too much though, since I'm still weak as a twig... I used to weight like 115lbs in summer... that's how skinny I was! Now I'm weighting about 125-127lbs...
