Cant burn the fat off my stomach...and weak on bench press!
..although the rest of my body is in shaping up (chest, arms, shoulers etc.), i cant seem to burn off excess stomach fat. Any advice...i do the normal stuff like cardio/situps etc...i weigh 60KG (11st, 152lb)..aged 27.
And another thing...i am quite weak benching...does everyone have a weakness?
