Red Cross Lifesaving minimum skills test

I'm going to be enrolling in a certificate program in Fall 08 for Fitness Specialist, and they give you an option of two classes for three of the credits. The second option is a Lifeguarding course, but you have to be able to pass the 'Red Cross Lifesaving minimum skills test' in the first week of the class.

I've searched but come up with nothing on this. Can anyone explain to me what exactly this test is, and what the minimum skills are? Also can you take this test anywhere? Is it like a certification type thing that they have courses on?
