Hey guys,
I cant separate my cardio and workouts (I know 8-12 hours is optimum) so I always do my cardio before my workout. Would it be better to switch it to after or will it not matter and be detrimental either way? Thanks!

ALWAYS after lifting. You need the carbs, calories, energy, etc for lifting. You should deplete most temporary carb stores during your work, allowing you to optimally burn more fat during post-lifting cardio. I do it for 20 minutes after every workout.
