    Bottom front squats form critique please (vid)

    This was at the end of a regular 5x5 front squat session. I had 245 on the bar. Am I leaning forward too much? Is it too slow? How useful is this kind of training for increasing the front squat? Thanks very much in advance.

    i think it looks fine.... i wouldnt want to take any more than 2-3 steps w/the weight though.....

    You were leaning a little, otherwise excellent. Try to push your elbows up more/earlier, this may help.
