I have heard tribulus can do that some times also try some black pearl I have heard good things about that.

If you are talking about erection quality then l-norvaline and AAKG work very well.
If you are talking about libido (the drive to have sex) then tribulus, fenugreek, and maca work well.I got a fever, and the only prescription is...more cowbell!

Nitrous Oxide products are a good start. Yohimbine is good for this reason as well. Some people respond well to tribulus as a libido booster.

Dude, I completely know what you are going through, it's all nerves and performance anxiety- try to relax (drink!) if that doesn't work, try some of the above supps. If not, some generic Viag/cialis will do the trick, generally you will not need to use after the first time, the anxiety is usually cleared and it's no problem (assuming it's all mental).
