Help with Diet for my kind of lifestyle
I posted a while back, I have lost some weight, but this summer have put it ALL back on ughh.
I already know i'm not eating healthy, but it seems like I have no motivation lately. What keeps you gals motivated? I'm always hate to look at myself in the mirror nowadays.
I go to the gym 2-3 times a week, i do 30 minute cardio then i do the weights (i have a personal trainer), but haven't been going as much as i should.
I'm thinking about also looking into appetite suppresants because i eat too much too often.
I'm 5'0 i have a small frame, but i'm 126lbs. I'm desperately wanting to take a fat burner/supplement to help boost my weight loss.
I work 2 jobs, 7pm-7am is one of them and the other is 3-11pm, i only have thursday and friday to do anything really. And at work I never have time to eat, so I usually am eating really really late, right before bedtime, or when i'm working graveyard shift, i eat at around 2am...
Can anyone help me out? I have No idea what to do, where to start and how to prioritize..

Hire a coach.
First of all the mirror lies. We never see reality. The scale lies, it can represent so many false things. (good and bad).
Pictures dont lie. Thats a useful tool. Clothes dont lie.
But back to the coach, someone who is there to encourage, support, guide and think for you. And they actually dont cost THAT much. Most around here are like $50/mo, and thats IFBB pro BBers. They will tell you what to eat, what to exercise, and keep track of your progress. Then thats one less thing to stress about. I would be lost without my coach, shes one of my best friends.

Thank you Aurora, I've never thought about a coach. I live in Southern California, where/how would I look for a coach?

Thats one of the meccas of the bodybuilding world. Im sure you wouldnt have to look far. Just stay away from those people that operate out of gyms, they are so phoney. I dont know what its like down there, but up here trainers will sometimes leave buisness cards in the gym. I found mine accidentally by sitting at the same table in a banquet lol. Word of mouth is always best.

I like Aurora's idea but hiring good qualified, experienced trainers is very expensive here. It costs anywhere from $60 to $100+ an hour . I know people who have spent thousands of dollars getting online coaching too. So you might want to research that a bit.
