Does anyone no how to pec bounce?
hey i was wondering how those bodybuilders pec bounce, like when they move each pec up and down independantly really fast? also my AIM is kamranrunt

you need a larget chest, and then you just flex it, you have a long bulk to go before you can titty dance

i can do it, i got 43 inch chest so I believe that helps lol. I go gifted pecs and is my body's strong point, basically you just flex each pec independently quickly not too hard.

When you gain size on your pecs and can control your pecs(flexing them), probly not gonna happen at 100lb....

good way to practice at first is to put your hands by your sides, and push inwards on your legs with your finger tips. Then try to do that with out useinging your legs as an resistence.  Pushing your uper arm against your lats well also deliever the affect of the pec dance

same. i am in school so whenever i am writing a paper my right pec bounces (i write with my right hand). but yes, i can make my boobies dance all over. my classmates get a kick out of it lol

When my chest wasn't very developed I entertained myself during chemistry by sitting there and thinking of the spot in my chest trying to do it. Eventually I got it.

IMO, it's less about size and more about a solid neuromuscular connection. Of course you'd need a minimum size to do it, but I think it's more about how much control over the muscle you actually have.

i think i learnt how to pec bounce when i watched the cartoon 'Johnny Bravo' (very old) but yeah that guy pec bounces a lot so i decided to try it

yeah me too, it just has to do with control, everyone could move their pecs if they had the control, the bouncing effect yeah for that you have to have at least some mass

I can flex my pecs fast or slow, independently or together with ease. People always ask me how I do it and some say "they have a life of their own". Then I flex one for good measure
