Exclamation Molecular Nutrition X-Factor

I am currently in my 2nd week of X-factor and I have noticed joint pain which I have read about through the search but I couldn't find a good thread that answered this question specifically. This joint pain is affecting me on Leg Day, I fell it in both patella's or on the posterior (back) side of the patella.
I now feel a tightness in my elbows because X-factor is inflammatory. To what extent should you cut back if your having thoughts about your joint pain and affecting training? Should I discontinue or buy some Glycosamine to try and help.

Does the side effect of joint pain bring to other more serious problems?

How much are you taking....I've been using X-Factor for roughly 4 weeks (4 pills a day) and I haven't noticed any extra soreness/stiffness in my joints (I have bad knees to begin with). You may consider reducing the amount you're taking before spending more money on glucosamine (which may or may not help - it's debatable). Second question have you been increasing your workload? Through heavier weights or more reps? I only ask as the increased workload could provide moer lactic acid build-up, thus providing you with more inflammation. Suggestion: think about reducing you X-Factor intake by 1 pill per day, increase water intake by 500ml - 1L per day, if you're not taking fish or flax oils you might consider it.

I am taking 4 pills a day, Last week I set new records on Squats ATG and Leg Press in the same workout and felt as if I could rep about anything. I believe my form was on par and that I didn't hurt them coincidentally. I worked legs fairly light today and my knees are sore once more, it subsided for 4 days between the 7 day wait. I just read on this link
http://www.bodybuilding.com/fun/llewellyn1.htm If you experience joint pain then you should back off. Would reducing the amount of pills (mg) per day, help? or would it be better to hold off on X-factor for a few weeks and try again with a lower dose altogether? How serious is the side effect joint pain, anything that may lead me having to take weeks off to heal?

well since you maxed on both squat and leg press, combined with x-factor(which will cause joint soreness with most). I would suggest uping your water intake and dropping it to two X factor pills a day. and if you have the money get a joint supp. bone boost is supposed to be awesome, animal flex is what im taking, havent noticed anything yet, but its not just gonna kick in instantly....or go with Orange Triad, it will be a good multi and a joint supp.

THANKS BRO! ah I wish I would have ordered Orange Triad. I orders ADAM and glycosamine. I will ramp it down to two pills a day and wait for the support, up my water...should I increase after weeks, if the joint pain in my knees stops or should I just stay at 2.
