Been playing tennis for about 6 years now. My right arm, especially my bicep, is huge compared to my left arm. This difference is really noticeable when I flex or stretch. Anybody have any ideas?

Yeah I had the same problem with my forearms because I used my right arm dominantly to move plates in the gym. So I try to carry all the plates with my left arm now. It's helped quite a bit...

Yeah, I played tennis for a while and after the first few days I felt it A LOT in my forearm and front delt. Forearm never got used to it though lol.

I used to play pro for a while. Your dominant arm is always bigger - in tennis that's your right arm if you're right-handed. Singles or doubles handed backhand. Obviously the more you work your right arm and bicep, the more definition and strength long-term.
I asked the same question as you a few years ago - replies were do more specific dumbell exercises for each arm and work your arm more - do some drop sets to really break the muscle down and dose up with protein 5-6 times a day.
It's tough to be a good tennis player and big - workouts have to be short and intense....and remember to stuff your face with food!
