What do you mean? Like see who makes the best progress? I'm game.
With this being said, it was on

Starting Stats:
Age: 20
Height: 6'1
Weight: 194lbs
Lean Body Mass: 166lbs
BF: I will say I am up to 16% (I was at 10% before bulk)

Ending Stats:
Weight: 180lbs
Lean Body Mass: 166+lbs
BF: 7-8%


Summary:
Both 2x-eed and I have the objective to cut weight after completing a bulking process. We will both be starting with a current weight of 193-195lbs and wish to cut down to 180lbs being around 7% body fat while maintaining our current muscle mass. (I will be keeping track of this with Body Impedance tests east month). There will be no set time constraint, it is the first on the get to 7/8% bf or their desired weight (180lbs) will be the winner.

I am at college full time and finals have started this week but after Thursday night of this week I will be getting back into the gym with having enough time to study mid day for finals next week.

My Personal Diet:
Keto and I will be updating/posting my diet daily. I will be taking in 2300-2800 calories on workout days and 1800-2000 on off days(weekends). My maintenance is 2300 calories.

My Workouts:
Monday - Friday; 15 minutes warm up/stretching; 45 minutes for cardio and 1 hour of lifting.

Lifting: Focusing on 2 major muscle groups each day. I will also be posting my workout after completion.

Cardio: I will be doing HIIT 2 days (Mon & Fri) a week and this is subject to change. I will also be doing regular cardio training on the days I don't do HIIT.

Pictures:
I will post pictures at least once a week and try to aim for Friday's.
I will post up pictures I took today. I miss my abs and cannot stand all of this weight I gained, for this reason I MUST cut back down. Wow I feel gross gaining 12lbs of fat.......

Probably working, i was suppose to think his journal to mine and even open up a separate journal for out thoughts and bantering and rants but i am not sure 100% on how we are going to do this. He plans to take current pictures today and i will post them up on my journal and even update or create a new thread for only pictures and stats. Not 100% on how we will present this.

Sure sure, just got home from my final. I will do some workouts likes dips(3x15); pushups(4x15); pullups(3x10); crunches(4x30); leg lifts(4x25); Jumping jacks(3x50/75) and thats all i can think of right now, anyone else have any ideas?

Workout - December 12th - Day 1

Performed:
Dips (3x15)
Pull-ups (3x5) My bar outside was cold and could not find my gloves
Push-ups (4x15)
Crunches (4x30)
Leg Lifts (4x25)
I did each workout together as a circuit with 60 seconds in between each circuit. Wow i was not sure how this would work but damn am i surprised how high my HR got by the end of it all.

My basement ceiling is too small to do jumping jacks and on my exploration of the downstairs i came across a beaded Harbinger jump rope. Nice!

You should RUN to the the garbage cans LIFT the lids and THROW that banana hammock in it. Then RUN back.

Sounds like a good workout to me!

I considered this my last day of bulking, and my cut will begin tomorrow. I ate some really nasty stuff today like cookies, browies, cupcakes, and chocolate. My plan was to make me feel like crap (which I do) so I will think about this nasty after-splurging feeling if I am tempted to cheat during this diet.

Since my main man cawiau is getting a little antsy, here's my plan.
