Supplement companies make money-those little ones?

There are tons of supplement companies out there, and non of them seems to be going out of business. With so much compeition and so similar products, do supplement companies (even those little ones that do not come here and represent) make some money?

It depends on there overheads, advertising cost and amount of sales they can generate. Profit Margins are high in this industry (even bargain basement bulk whey stuff will have 10-20% at least)

Lets say there's a company call MuscleMakersInc. They make Super Muscle Maker. You never heard of it yet it cost them $0.80 a bottle. It costs $20 a bottle. Let's say its just a guy and his brother out of there basement. Now thunk of their cost without advertising, probably word of mouth, and their profits.
