Do i have a hernia??
was dl for the first time and just seeing how much i could do so i can start making a workout for it. was on my 3rd set when i went up i felt a sharp "pinch" just above my pubic area. i thoght maybe the belt had pinched me some how so i tried it again and got the same thing. i was pretty sure it was an injury but i really didnt want to quit and find out it was nothing. i got a diff. belt and tried it again. this time i had no pain. hmm thought i had solved it. tried it again thinking i was fine and i got the pain again this time the worst. 1-10 i would give it like a 4 or 5 so nothing OMG bad, but now im worried. it has a subtle pain now and im wondering if i have one or not. im still able to do the dl motion, jump around, run, kick, just about everything u can imagine. So does this hopefully mean i don't have one??
so i decided to ask u guys do u think i have one or not?
