Force = Mass * Acceleration
Fat people confuse force and strength. Haven't you heard the expression 'throwing your weight around' - that's what fat people do, literally.

TIL's patented fat furnace is the answer to all our prayers
For the great Gaels of Ireland
Are the men that God made mad,
For all their wars are merry,
And all their songs are sad.

I'm gonna cut soon, but I just finished bulking for hypertrophy and gained a solid 8lbs of muscle and 3lbs of fat over 4 months. I'm shifting to a powerlifting routine for either 8 or 12 weeks after I take this week off because of injury, then I'll do a serious cut for the summer. I just think its retarded that people have the attitude "we dont give a **** what you do, your fat, fat people aren't strong". All it takes is to lose 25lbs and 17 year olds will ask if I'm on steroids

I dunno about that. You lose muscle/water cutting from such a high bf(id know i hit 20-22%) 18-19% now. You at 6'3 228 @ 26%, should be 190odd at 12% in a perfect world one where you dont lose lean mass cutting

Fat 250 pound 5'11 dude.
Showing off infront of community college gym members, lol, leg pressing 7 plates (on each side).
I ask him to squat 225 to show us his strength, he gets a rep and needs serious help with the 2nd one...
Yeah, fat boy thinks he is Hyooge.
Realizes thread is a century old.

I agree with what the guy said on the first page. In real life, nobody gives a damn about lb for lb strength. The overall most muscular guy/the overall strongest guy in the gym will always get more respect than the 130 lber who benches 275.

Actually most fatties that frequent the gym are actually pretty strong.
Its the ones that stay on the couch all day watching Judge Judy that cant move much weight.
Think about if all those fat bastards cut down to 8%, lulz.

The thing is, fat people usually are pretty strong. The people I have a problem with are 125lbs teenagers walking around in muscle shirts. They think they're buff just because they have a six pack and their arms are well defined but they aren't actually buff. They're just anorexic so you can see everything. I admit, i'm only 133 pounds and yes i wear muscle shirts, however i don't in public because i don't want people mistaking me for one of those *******s.

Why the phuck do you think that only "Muscle Guys" have the right to have self confidence? So a few fat guys feel great about themselves and they love the way they look, SO!? And fat is in the eye of the beholder. Everyone has the right to prance around feeling good and flexing. Not just people who look like spartans. OKay?
