Hey guys, so i got a bit of flab on my stomach region (when i was skinnier i used to have a defined sixpack) muscles were smaall tho. I have the potential to have a great six pack with deep obliques aswell - i just need help with a routine - crunches dont seem to be working and im doing 10 minutes of intense cardio everyday. Can anyone with a bit of knowledge on this area post their ab routines?

well if you used to have a definite six pack, but now jus have a bit of fat on it, do more cardio. have a higher carlorie deficit, maybe run for an hour at 75 or 80%. For my cardio i run on a treadmill, i usually run about 3 miles, sometimes as much as 5, but i do one mile a 6 mph, a second at 7, and the third at 9 mph. this comes out to being like a 9 minute mile, a 7 min, 40 sec, and a 6 40. but jus try different stuff out. jus takes some times.
