I just f*cked up (serious)
Sounds retarded but i poured some of my sizeon in but i just remembered that i worked out today and drinked it during my workout...
F*CK..i thought it was a off day today and was gonna take it an hour before bed..
...i know dunce..it wasnt alot tho, like not even a half scoop..
but still...this stuff is expensive..is it possible to pour the rest and put it in the fridge?
