Ok I'm a right handed guy, no doubt about it. So why in the world is my left arm stronger than my right arm? That's just how I was born? In arm wrestling say I loose with my right arm, I'll probably beat the guy with my left, even if I'm right-handed. ALso, I was working out yesterday, doing barbell curls, when a friend asked why my left hand goes up first when I curl barbell(The stronger hand goes up first usually, unbalanced strength.)
So did this happen 2 any of you?

Why do people keep asking dumb questions? I'm not advanced and this is common sense to me. Most likely because your left hand- you mean bicep tricep shoulder or forarm? is stronger because it takes more weight. But you can't have a full answer unless you tell people the excercise such as curls, etc.

And about the curls, you obviously conciously lift with your left more, which means it recieves more stimulus, and gets stronger. Common sense.

i have the same problem and i thin i no y.ok here it goes, u no how ur supposed to lift the same wieght in each hand, not not curl 30 and 35.well since ur right handed ur rite arm was stronger at one point.so ur left hand was curling heavy heavy wieght in its own rite.making it stronger.but the same wieght is condisered lite in ur rite so it does not get as strong b/c its not as much force.so then eventually ur left arm gets stronger and then im hoping they eventually equal out.
