Question pretty much explains itself... I don't have any indoor facility to use.
What do you guys do both for conditioning and for speed/agility work when the weather prevents running outside?

Homemade ladder and dot drills in the garage is a good start. Jump rope, use the stairs for box jumps (if you have stairs in your garage, but be careful).
Or you could just go all Rocky IV on it, and be the biggest BA ever.
Could try and find a random indoor basketball court or a local high school/college to do it at too

You don't need to focus on your running form during the winter... you will have enough time when its warm and dry out.
For now I would work on gaining a lot of strength and size if needed in the gym, you can incorporate some ladder drills and plyometrics once or a twice a week into your work out routine and maybe one session of really hard interval session on a bike.
Take the time in the winter to get stronger and bigger and more explosive, then when spring hits work on your form and you should be a machine5'10 205

watch Rocky 4 and go climb a mountain.
Seriously if you don't have a garage to jump rope in. Or a gym to go to. Or run around the basket ball court at school.
Get a shovel and start shoveling people's drive ways and streets. Excellent and cardio and weights, right there. Start shoveling your football field at the school! DOn't be lazy. In the summer I'm out there sparying my own field because the grounds crew won't. Don't let their ineffectiveness/laziness slow down your dreams.
IF YOU WANT TO ACHIEVE THINGS YOU NEVER HAVE, YOU MUST DO THINGS YOU'VE NEVER DONE!!!Champions are not born. They are built.
You wondered if all the pain and sacrifice is worth it...now you know.
Gold medals aren't made of gold. Not really. They're made of sweat, dedication, and a hard to find alloy called guts.
Everybody wants to win. But not everybody is willing to do what it takes.

lol do NOT do speed/plyos in the snow.. REally that ruins the workput and makes it useless, and exposes you higher risk of injury due to cold muscles.
Run indoors, preferably an indoor track. If none are available just find a hallway in any building an use that. You only need at most 80 metres of open hallway,

Just draw 5 dots on the floor of somewhere you can workout. Space them evenly, each maybe like a foot or so away from the center dot. We started out doing figure eights and star drills with 2 feet and then progressed to 1. Easily one of the best quickness and change of direction drills I've ever done. Very simple too.
