Symmetry

Hey all! For those women who have had experience with competing, I have a question in terms of symmetry. I noticed that my right quad is more developed than my left quad. As I diet down will this balance out? Is this something that is worked on closer to show time when it's time to dial in on my physique?

most people have their right side slightly bigger....when it comes to competition you always try to hide your uneveness, imperfections and you can my nailing the poses and learning how to do so. I know for the longest time my left lat was smaller but finally it has caught on. Just make sure your training both sides the same, unilateral work is also important to keep symmetry. Most of the time judges are looking how the whole body looks for example that your legs are in symmetry to your shoulders on to your back, that you have all over muscular development on not just in one area.
