Nice work, work on those abs and bringing down body fat....or you have the option of bulking. If you put on 20 extra pounds of lean mass, you'll be a tank.

well i started at age 11 but got serious on jan 2 of this year.. i was really fat earlier in the year..thanks guys for the compliments..really does help...

what are your stats? like height and stuff? I'm smaller than you but I'm 15 as well, been lifting for about 7 months or so. here are some pictures. I'm nowhere near as thick as you though but I also am holding some fat esp. on my chest. Good work keep it up.

Just FYI when I was 15 I was bigger than most upperclass men too, it's just that I had the frame of a defensive lineman :-/GS Warriors, 49ers, and Sharks.
