Coconut Flour
I picked some Coconut Flour over the weekend. Anyone ever used it in recipes as part of their keto diet?

Never used it. I'd be interested to hear how it cooks.

The coconut flour brownies look damn good, and all but the sugar seems Keto friendly.

Awesome. I think I'm going to try out some of the recipes on here. They look really good and I can probably substitute splends for the sugar.

Would love to hear from someone who has tried it. Also the macros from some of the recipes they used it in would be so great.

Yeah it's packed with plenty of good stuff, not sure what the carb content is, but I think it's high in fiber. Regardless though I might start using coconut flour over all others if I can.
