Ha maybe I should have made cliff notes, it does look like a lot to consume and read at once.
Anyone?

looking good!
I'd add in:
More Salads with hearty greens (spinach etc) Use blue cheese or caesar to make them taste better if you don't like.
Broccoli & Cauliflower etc
Raw nuts (Omega6)
Some supplementary fish oil (Omega 3)
Milled Flax seed (for fiber and omega6) Great topping. Has a nice nutty flavor. Good in shakes too.
Always try to get a better balance of fat from as many sources as you can. Olive oil & canola nuts and more fish oil. Remember that Omegas are damaged by heat so eat them uncooked whenever possible. And don't fry with olive oil

Awesome thank you very much +1 rep once recharged
3 More questions:
When should I be in Ketosis, I understand all bodies are different. (My pee smells funky and I left my ketostix at home)
Are my macro's good or should I be increasing them?
Also say I get in 50 percent of my macros within breakfast, and then am cramming for finals this week and next, is it alright to get the rest in by mid day meal and dinner?
Thanks a lot Nudity

You don't have any red meat in your diet.......good saturated fat there. Get rid of the vegetable oil, it's just crap and replace with olive oil, coconut, duck fat, butter, lard, that kind of thing. Other meats like pork, lamb and game meats would be better than tuna or chicken.

on your fitday journal your macros should be approx 65% fat, 30% protein, 5% carbs.
Couple of days of less than 30 grams of carbs you are in ketosis especially if you are getting any exercise. Don't worry about it.
Try to spread your meals out as evenly as possible. Thats all you can do is try. Keep some snack with your or something. Nuts, fish oil tabs, cheese are pretty easy.

yeah I agree.
I use: grape seed oil, olive and butter depending on how im cooking but there are lots of alternatives. Veg/Corn oil is awful health wise.

Good stuff.
Grape seed oil is high in linoleic acid an n:6, so be careful with your consumption and heating of this product.
