Hey i was making an all new diet becuase i was so sick of my old one and im stumped on my none workout day diet.. is this good for fat loss for an athlete .
BED TIME MEAL: (9:30pm)
Eggs (3 WHITE, 1 YOLK + Cheese (1oz) + Green Onion (1onion) )
and
Mixed fruit smoothie (1 cup Skim Milk + 1 1/2 cups of mixed Fruit Salad)
should come up to maybe 500cals for that meal
this a good meal for a replacement to Muscle milk...im tryin to save some money

Bed time meal question.. is this good what i got?
Weight: 174lbs
Bodyfat: 16.25% :(
Stomach: 33"
Waist: 33.5"
Incline Press: 155lbs
Squat: 210lbs
Shoulder Press: 105lbs
Bi Curl BB: 60lbs
Chins: ?
Vert: ?

What you have there is fine.. but I don't know how well that onion would go down, the sugar from fruit salad may give you an insulin spike which is not something you want before bed... try and limit that.
