    Pistachios - Good or bad?

    I know they have a fairly high amount of fat but is it good fat?

    iam pretty sure it is good fat since most nuts are good fat but they they usually have lots of salt on them and i tried to find salt free but i had no luck if you can find them enjoy pistachios=amazing

    pistachios r good fats. they mostly have monounsaturated fats

    Nuts are eaten for omega 6's. All nuts with the exeption of maybe walnuts, don't have a good n6/n3 ratio......but that's not the point with nuts.
