I'm no Bradd Pitt, but I am no DatDereCe11tech. If I posted a frontal face picture could I get reasonable feedback about what needs to be done? I have very little understanding when it comes to this stuff and have BDD so my oppinion would be skewed. I will try to rep all of the good help I get.

Considering that it isn't a great pic (as you said, lol) you actually look pretty decent. The only advice I would give is a different haircut + gel, but other than that you look fine

Tan would make a major difference. Not anything drastic. Your teeth would look whiter against the new skin tone. Haircut and some styling mold/paste/gel.
