I just started a cutting diet a couple of days ago. Right now I'm doing a 3x6 routine. Is this the wrong routine for cutting? Should I be doing different numbers, say x10 or x12? Thanks.

Any reason for 3x10? I'm only looking to lose about 8 pounds before I start bulking again.
