My dad got it and it was just sitting around one day so I ate some with some cornbread. Other then the salt it's fine. It's actually delicious for canned chili.

I'm sure it's not bad in a pinch. It's loaded with protein and has relatively low fat. I'd prefer it over McDonald's or something. Because it actually is really delicious.

I have a feeling tinyman5k eats like 2-3 at a time and adds **** in AND a half a loaf of bread with it as well ..
