Motivation tips!
I seem to be lacking motivation for my workouts, any recommendations to get fired up for workouts?

Why do you lift? Aesthetics? Strength? Althletics? Ladies? Dudes? (no homo, wait..yes homo), the challenge? Stress relief?
I think a lack of motivation comes down to a lack of purpose. If you don't have a reason for doing it, you probably aren't motivated.
Something you might consider is seriously mixing thing up. Like, if you've been following a program designed for hypertrophy, try a powerlifting routine. You gotta change things up to remotivate yourself.

I can think of this one girl who I'd like to beat the crap out of. I would never do it, but yea, the aggression could be used in the gym.
Metallica seems like an excellent suggestion

Haha...i have the same problem. I loaded my MP3 with a special folder 'Music to BB to' and try and keep the music in it as dynamic and complementary as possible. Listening to the same stuff day in day out becomes kind of bland. I'm constantly looking for new music, new styles of music etc. Currently looking for some new music as we speak, so if anyone has any suggestions of songs PM me

Motivation has to be internal. Forget being mad or music or all that hippie bs, that's very temporary and will wear off once u realize how stupid the reason is.
1). I'd set realistic goals. It's different for everybody whether it's mass gain, fat loss, strength gains, a little bit of everything, whatever ur goal is know EXACTLY what it is and set a REALISTIC time set for that goal.
2). Figure out exactly what you need to do. Whether it's a workout program, a diet, both, whatever it is figure everything out. To me going to the grocery store and buying chicken is a motivation to go workout cuz u'd be letting all that grocery money go to waste if you didn't put it to good use right?
3). Think Girls. Unless ur gay, then Enrique Iglesias. This gets me very motivated even tho I am seeing somebody, knowing that I will be ready and good looking when that UPGRADE is necessary, that's my motivation.
4). Last but not least, think future. You never know who's checking you out, you never know who u might run into, u never know. I'm sure a lotta ppl on here ran into ppl from the past and thought "damn I wish I looked better" or "damn I look better than ever." That is a great motivation for me at least.
Good luck and great music doesn't hurt either.
