I just got mine the other day. Drank it post w/o. Didnt taste bad at all really. I mixed with water too. For post w/o it seems to have everything you would want for recovery. Quick carbs, fasta and slow digesting proteins and bcaas.

Any more feedback on this product? I just saw it at my local retailer and it seems decent. I am looking for a good PWO shake BTW that tastes good and mixes well with both water/milk. I was using Syntha 6 up till now but I was not told its not a good choice for a PWO shake.

This is the only optimum product I've ever wanted to try.
The protein blend is especially impressive... no concentrates!

I tried a tub of the vanilla flavour and it did not taste too good, kind of tasted "chemically" and did not mix well at all with milk, had little clumps of the stuff in my shaker bottle. Will not buy it again...

i purchased raspberry rush and i love it. really refreshing and def helps me real my nutritional goals for the day. I think it doesnt get enough representation on these boards like torrent, golden finish, replenish etc.
