Hello guys Im a 18 yearold from turkey in the past 7 months I lost about 20 kilos from a diet I did and I dropped from 110kg to 80kg my new goal is to have a healthy life so I signed up for a gym. So I want to ask a couple of questions before I go out and mess up. first off Im following the totalabs ebook with the diet and everthing. I dont want to bulk up not that I dont like big muscles but I dont think its for me so rather then that Im going for a leaner more of a edward norton look when he is in american history x (http://www.lawrencelab.org/Outreach/...tory%20x.4.jpg)
so can you guys help me out what kind of a plan should I follow

Cuz you dont want to have to do the work needed to do it. Its how all the guys who start hitting gyms are.

youwanna be big. You just dont know it yet.just lift hard, eat hard.. rest right... **** doesnt happen over night..
