properly wrapped, i'd give it a couple of days, but not much longer than that. if you can, try to grill up about 3 days worth of chicken breasts, then, when you're out, grill up 3 days more. if you're really pressed for time though, i'd say go with the pre-packaged stuff. it lasts longer and really doesn't have to be refrigerated.
You're going to get criticized no matter what you do, especially if you're trying to achieve something and rise above the flock. Do it anyway. Negative criticism from others is often a sign that you're on your way up in the world.

If you're really worried about it you can always freeze them. I've had pre-cooked chicken last up to a week (I ate it before it went bad).

I grill up all my chicken Sunday night and store them in individual tupperware containers for my lunches/dinners for the rest of the week. I've eaten them up to six days later without a problem. Six is my limit though, if there happens to be any left after that I just throw it out...

One week is my limit. I cook on a Sunday and if it's not eaten by the next Sunday, it's gone!

Once its cooked meat is meat. It will keep a week and then go downhill fast. It also depends on how cold your fridge is. If you cook and then freeze, you are up to 3-6 months and all you have to do is thaw and warm.

Usually I make all my chicken on sunday, and try to finish it by the following sunday. After that it tastes nasty.
