Good Deal, Yah or Nah

A guy at work is trying to sell the following:

2 x 45 lbs
6 x 35 lbs
2 x 25 lbs
2 x 10 lbs
4 x 5 lbs
2 x 2.5 lbs

1 x olympic bar

Made by Hampton (top quality) asking $250.00 CAD which is equivilant to $156.50 US.

I'm thinking it is about time I stock pile some equipment because one day I will live on an Acreage and will be miles from a gym.

If that really is 6 x 35, then YES, it is a solid deal.
A cheap 300lb Olympic set will run $100 US, and single plates (capbarbell) will run $.40/lb US.
That set is 440 lbs including the bar, and Hampton is pretty good stuff, although overpriced.
I'd grab it if it were made available to me, and I HAVE a set already
