T Djeb is back to training
Hello, a long long time that i haven 't posted any pics, i' ve came back to training a few weeks ago after a break, so those are my last pics, my condition and size are not what they' re used to be but i' ll post others pics in a near future, at this time i just try to get my size back so i just lift heavy with free weights only, hopin' that my muscles will be back on their best level soon. I' ve seen awesome bbders on the forum recently, congrats to all for your efforts and dedication and thanks to all for the time that you share on this forum.

what do you do for your cardio and your diet?

Thanks for those replies my friends, actually i weight 190 lbs and i' m 5.7 tall,
I don' t do cardio at all, i just keep my diet clean all year long.

Even if he does post his diet, are you going to copy it exactly and then hope for same results?

Here' s what my diet has been for today, it' s almost the same every day:
8:00 AM First meal : Cereals, any kind of cereals as long as there' s not fat in it + 30 grams of whey protein mixed in water and 5 grams of creatine.
10:00 AM Second meal : 8 egg whites with chicken slices and potatoes.
12:30 Third meal : Steack, black beans, vegetables any kind.
3:00 PM Fourth meal : pastas, tuna.

Very true, and most of all my diet is not perfect at all, same with my training i' m still learning, anyway there' s not perfect diet or perfect routine, most of what u' ll see in my diet has been picked on the forum, i' ve changed little things, i try things and see what works for me.

Thank y' all for those awesome replies, my triceps are not for sure my weak point, my problem is actually to bring up my side delts to the level of my triceps and upper traps, in fact my problem as been the same since my beggining, and with time those two bodyparts (Tri' s and upper traps) have grown and make my shoulders look really narrow, so i' ll try to fix it in the next few months.

I am totally envy 
Particularly your tris..and I think I have a nice tris too...but not like yours.
I also think that your delts are improved..only observation (like myself actually) your legs are lagging, comparing to your upper body..particulary the back part..like also myself.
And could you make a traditional sidechest pic?
