Well make a diet template that gives me a general idea on what to eat but I can't seem to make one for the life of me.
I already got told but a few hundred people that im a noob and just need to eat everything in sight. OK I got that down but I want to try to be as near perfect with my diet as possible while keeping variety.
I know what I need in the diet I just don't have a idea on how to fill it, maybe if I could see a couple of your guys templates I could get some ideas and make my own? Thanks.
And yes I read boyscouts guide.

Having some trouble getting a basic diet template together
December: 138 pnds
Short Term Goal: 160 by March (1.79 pounds per week)
Long Term Goal: 190 pnds 9% BodyFat
Currently following Rippetoes starting strength program.
Supps:
Creatine Mono
Fish Oil
Multi Vitamin
100% Whey Protein

Fiber Tablets

I want a near perfect diet that is flexible.
