    I buy my Optimum Nutrition Whey from Amazon.

    Whey can also be found on eBay, or in Holland and Barrett, or in some cases, gyms sell protein as well.

    Those places are just to name a few, places like Tesco etc. sell protein powder too.

    I have Quaker Oats twice a day, once in the morning and once before bed.

    If you're having difficulty eating them just add more milk so it's less thick.

    Supermarket own (Tesco, Sainsburys) 80g with 300ml 2% milk. 2 minutes in microwave, stir additional minute. Stir in 20g honey and sometimes blueberries on top.

    Some times have that twice a day. Love it.
