I have Quaker Oats twice a day, once in the morning and once before bed.
If you're having difficulty eating them just add more milk so it's less thick.

Only get Scottish, im safe lol, because of the obvious, although on the Scottish Porage (yea its spelled that way for some reason on it)

Supermarket own (Tesco, Sainsburys) 80g with 300ml 2% milk. 2 minutes in microwave, stir additional minute. Stir in 20g honey and sometimes blueberries on top.
Some times have that twice a day. Love it.

Quarker wholegrain oats 80g 300milk wholemilk. 1 tablespoon pb. 2 cubes dark choc. 3:30 in the microwave. 2 teaspoons of splenda. 700 cals around 30g fat and 25g protein. I swear by this reciple lol

I just use tesco everyday value oats! Cheep and tastes exactly the same as all other oats
