Hi, Who in your view is the greatest Natural Bodybuilder who hasn't taken steroids or growth hormone? Skip La Cour? Who else do you know of?
Thanks.

The "in" thing in the last 15yrs in bodybuilding has been to juice the livin' crap out of yourself, then jump on the " I'm Natural " bandwagon to 'attempt' to gain some repsect?

damn straight. As massive as the Olympia competitors are, some of them are just too big, freakishly so, if you will. Some of the physiques posted here are where it's at. nice nice.

As always, nice pics Layne! Mighty impressive, you give us "old" guys someone to look up to. I'm hoping to compete again myself. See my signature for pics of my one and only contest in 1997. I've bulked up recently but am looking forward to dropping some bodyfat soon to see if I have any abs under there .
By the way Layne, you a metal head? I noticed your quote!
Oh, and it appears your website is down or maybe bogged down from heavy traffic?!?

Man, best of luck to you!
David.

Just wanted to shadow everyone else, Layne you look fantastic. I saw a pic of you that Richard (FP) posted on Clutchfitness and was very impressed. It's awesome to know that one can get that far naturally. I'm curious, how tall are you? In your side chest shot you look close to my height.

Str8flexed, I doubt it, but if that's your opinino, that's your opinion
Str8flexed, I doubt they're natural. But again, if that's your opinion, ok. Again, who knows, they might be. It would be interesting if they ever had a legitimate drug testing like they do in the Olympics and see what happens then. But until that time, they'll continue to allow steroids or growth hormone in bodybuilding.
But anyway, I respect your views.
Peace.
