I'm umming and ahhing over whether to include bent over rows in my HST routine. I just need to know exactly where they will add mass to? If someone could get a picture of someone, show a bulging muscle/area, and say that was because they did bent over rows, that would be great.
Of course that might not be feasible, but and information on exactly where mass will be gained apart from the useless "general back" that most exercise guides give me. Even just an arrow to a section of someones back would help immensely.
Thanks a lot

when i do rows, i stand on a box to allow me that full rom, then have my knees slightly bent, and keep my head down and pull towards my chest, i feel it in my traps, lats, rhoms, and rear delts, overall a damn good back exercise that should be a staple in a thick back
