Ill give you some opinions my friend. Hyper FX is okay, a good product not containing creatine. Its definitely a hype product because of the ~270mg of caffeine per scoop! Main ingredient is beta alanine which is good and effective doses of D-aspartic acid (idk if in 1 scoop or 2 but probably 2). I have only had a sample so i cant say much about it. People have their own opinions on pre workouts so its up to you here.
Animal flex is good but i dont see a multi vitamin on your list. So that means you would have to buy a joint supp AND a multi. Why not get 2 in 1 and buy controlled labs orange triad? Great product and many will agree.
Cyto gainer... just like 1duy said, if it fits then take it. I suggest going to the nutrition section and reading about nutrition first. Usually a protein is only needed, the rest people can get from food. But IDK you so maybe your on a bulk and cant get the calories? Just figure out nutrition before any supps.
Xtend, good product. Just may not be needed if low on cash and already getting enough protein. I train fasted in the morning (just about to leave now
) so i usually try to pick something like this up for intra workout. People always like to sip on this during the day for a constant BCAA feed but again eating enough protein will do this for you. So ill put this as optional.
Torrent is that same thing. Now if your taking the full dosage of this then your getting ~3g of creatine. Full dosage is 3 scoops and only 15 servings. You already have down a gainer so the addition of this would be a lot of calories from a supp. 3-5g of creatine is what you want daily but IMO it would be cheaper to forget about the gainer and torrent and pick a nice protein and creatine mono (1 kilo) for yourself. Here i would recommend controlled labs gold feast or ON whey. Creatine get anything but i say mono because you can get 1kilo of it (lasts soooo long!) for around 20 bucks. Plus mono has been studied the most out of any other ceatine. But if you want to upgrade i would suggest neovar from appnut or green mag from controlled labs.
Really the only thing you need to take from this post is this:
Protein, creatine, fish oil, and multi are your staples. Everything else is optional. Fill in those requirements after nutrition, training, and sleep are down to perfection. Good luck.
