Hey I gonna do Incline bench first then flat bench. I guess my flat bench will be less than before, a big blow to my ego. Does anybody think this is a good idea?

mixing up the order of your excercises can be a great way to tweak a routine. ont worry about losing strength on the flat you'll be gaining some on the incline

You won't actually be losing strength, you'll just be lifting less weight, as your muscles will be somewhat fatigued.
There's only one thing I hate more than working out: being skinny.
