well to start with I find it hard to beleive that if you did any kind of search on curls you wouldn't have found a plethera of info.
anyway, if your question is strictly incline or seated curls, I find incline to hit the muscle much harder I usually set the bench to about 45degree a curl weight with palms facing out/away with no wrist twist anywhere in the movement.Last edited by StWolf; 10-09-2005 at 09:15 PM.
