    Incline and seated curls

I searched the forums and couldn't find a thread about this. Which works the bicep better? Doing incline db curls of seated db curls? Thanks

well to start with I find it hard to beleive that if you did any kind of search on curls you wouldn't have found a plethera of info.

anyway, if your question is strictly incline or seated curls, I find incline to hit the muscle much harder I usually set the bench to about 45degree a curl weight with palms facing out/away with no wrist twist anywhere in the movement.

i like doing them like that because it is so hard to cheat. constantly i have to fight the urge to grab the biggest weight i can move, not the biggest one i can move strictly.

do them both, i would say inclines last. those blast the last bit of energy from your biceps.

there 2 different puposes - low incline (<30ish degrees) really works the longhead. it's like saying, which is better, dips or benchign.
