I keep hearing different stuff and it's confusing me. are these two supps a must to take with PCT for SD? How do I know if I need them?
also, I am still taking my milk thistle, saw palmetto, Red Yeast rice, hawthorne berries and QO10 with my PCT. Is this ok to do?
for my PCT I couldn't get any NOLVA so I am taking 4 caps of Novedex-XT from Gaspari for the first 2 weeks, 2 caps for the last 2 weeks along with 6 caps of 6oxo for the first 2 weeks and 4 caps of 6oxo for the last 2 weeks. will this be ok if i have no signs of gyno?
thanks in advance!

I'll make it easy. I consider Fenungreek a must AND it's extremely cheap. DHEA, on the other hand, is not a necessity but is an optional addition. Some people only recommend taking it alongside an AI since DHEA can convert to estrogen (if I understand properly).

I have recently been educated on DHEA (like in the last week or so). DHEA has a conversion rate to estrogen of around 80% when taken orally, and can also mess with other substance levels. Now we're talking about 7KETO or 7oxo, not the 7oh as is found in Designer Supplements Lean Xtreme (important difference). 7 Keto is best used as a transdermal, whether homemade or in a product like Ab Solved. While 7oh is fine taken orally.

Don't bother with DHEA for your cycle; it would probably do more harm than good - GG pretty much got the gist of that one. It wouldn't hurt to take Fenugreek - I wouldn't consider it a nessecary supplement but it would do some good if you took it. Make sure you're getting all of your other support supplements in line before you start your cycle as well, and don't start your cycle with any questions.
Sometimes you have to be patient and just hope someone helps you out because a lot of the time peope just resoond with "use the search button", which is usually the best thing to do, but sometimes it's hard to find exactly what you're looking for. And I've read the superdrol for dummies thread and it doesnt' really ellaborate on the use of DHEA (oral or transdermal) or fenugreek, so you're question was worth asking.
And for anyone passing by, the superdrol for dummies thread is a great source for information, but it's not like you can just read it and be ready to go for a superdrol cycle.. it's not THAT informative.Kicking gravity's ass.

DHEA during PCT is used for cortisol control. Along with an AI it is excellent for this job. As others have mentioned, however, there are other issues to consider when taking DHEA. For those reasons 7-OH and 7-OXO are better choices for cortisol control post cycle.
I've used DHEA for PCT in the past but for future cycles I am going to use 7-OH and 7-OXO.I got a fever, and the only prescription is...more cowbell!

If you want cortisol control for PCT, check out the following products and read them up:
Retain
Lean Xtreme
Homemade 7Keto transdermal (requires pruchasing a few items that you don't just have laying around the house)
Ab Solved (transdermal)
I didn't list these in any partcular order before someon accuses "shilldom". Best thing you can do is research them and figure out which sounds best for your particular situation.
Good luck!
