seems incredibly thorough, I was looking for nutritional info on a store bought food item to create a new item at fitday when I found it. Im trying both to compare. The only bad thing about it, it doesn't have the little pie chart, but you can work the percents yourself. I think its more worth it if it has the EXACT items and is therefor more accurate.
On a side note, look up some of your favorite cheat restaurant foods, it will make you cry
