Looking at anything between 25-40lbs.
It shouldn't take much really.
I have to get the diet varied and tasty or I will get bored quick. That and I am trying to keep red meat out of the diet seeing it binds me up something fierce and the fact that I don't want or need extra iron.Like Brutis...you can do dis.

Alrighty, I am back on the diet again for a while to get some weight off and get down to 220-230lbs.
Current weight 255lbs. Just had a light carb loading day with sushi and rice, 1/2 cup of oatmeal and some reeses piece (53 of them @ 23g sugar).
Keeping calories at about 1800-2200cal per day nothing more if can be helped.
Usually about 220g pro/22-52g carb/80-120g fat/ for each day. Weight is coming off and in the past week and a half I have already lost 1% bodyfat.
Bodybuild 4-5 times a week with 4 30 minutes slow cardio sessions after for fat burning.
will keep you updated. Fiancee says she can see it already.
also doing a Candida yeast cleanse as well.Like Brutis...you can do dis.

Update:
Down to 251lbs in the morning which is when I weigh myself from now on.
Strength is up big time and I think I am actually gaining muscle which is a surprise. Body fat is now down 2% and i am keep a large calorie deficit per day. Supposedly I should be consuming 3500cals per day but I am only taking in 2000-2200 maximum and I don't ever really feel hungry. I eat generally when I am hungry and I am not forcing food into a body that is not calling for nutrition.
Weigh is coming off slowly but man the body is slimming down nicely. I know for sure the internal visceral fat is being burned off first seeing I am losing by belly fast and I can now suck in my stomach like I used to be able to.
I'll keep you updated. Seems that most of the loss comes in the later 3 days of the cycle before the carb-up.Like Brutis...you can do dis.

Sorry for the late reply. The response engien for this site is working.
It is an overgrowth of a yeast in the digestive system that plagues most people and it feeds off of sugars that we injest.
This kills the overgrowth and promotes proper digestive flora.
I am through the cycle and it seems to have done my no harm. I don't know if it really helped at all.Like Brutis...you can do dis.

Ok, I am now down to 247lbs and strength is up again. I am going to go through a smaller and cleaner carb up this week and if I gain 7 lbs like I did the other week, I might cut down the carb up to 24hours or might go to a carb up every two weeks.

Two on, one off.
Day 1: Chest & Upper Abs : 30 min Low intensity post workout
Day 2: Back and Triceps : 30 min Low intensity post workout
Day 3: Off
Day 4: Shoulder & Biceps : 30 min Low intensity post workout
Day 5: Legs & Forearms : 30 min Low intensity PRE workout
Day 6: Off
Day 7: Chest & Upper Abs : 30 min Low intensity post workout
Cycle continues regardles of the time in the week.
Works well for me and the fat loss is exceptional and oddly enough, stregth is gaining but I think that is because I stopped doing the push/pull routine seeing I was overtraining biceps and triceps on thos days when I did bis with back and tris with shoulders.Like Brutis...you can do dis.
