Sounds gross initially, possibly. Optimistically used as some sort of filling or more likely a dip for vegetables (Celery?).
? Approx 1.25lbs Blue Cheese of your choice
? 12oz Cream Cheese
? 4 fl oz (1/2 cup) Heavy Cream, whipped to soft peaks
? Salt and pepper to taste
Alternative: If so desired, substitute goat cheese for blue cheese
1. Puree the blue and cream cheese until very smooth. Taste, then adjust with salt and pepper to your preferences.
2. Fold whipped cream into the mixture until well blended. You should not have any lumps.
