Completely normal...don't fret about the scale. Tons of things can affect it: sodium intake, water, glygogen levels (esp. w/ lifting, this will go up) and just regular old fluctuations. Only weigh yourself every 1-2 wks to guage progress (or just go by how you look, feel, and your measurements!)
