I use to be 170lbs last month, dropped to my current 163lbs due to exams, poor diet and skipping gym training for 1 month, however I still manage to stay in my room to do some body weight exercises like push ups, pull ups and crunches though out the whole month and my chest and back is now stronger than before I took the break.
I think all those push ups, pull ups and crunches made me lose some bf%.
