George Farah & Kai Greene Seminar in Ireland 2012

I found this video yesterday and watched it all.
Found it quite interesting. Some of you have probably seen this, and apologies if its a re-post, but I have a few questions regarding his the information he gives in the video.
Im hoping, someone here could explain the points below a little bit better for me.

Early in the vid, he speaks about GH level, which i understand to mean Growth Hormone level. He says by taking in carbs post workout your actually inhibiting your natural GH levels. He reccomends using micronised BCAA after or during a workout and a carb source about 25 mins later.
Can anyone explain to me how this works, or why you would do this. George even states that by drinking a shake straight after a workout your actually doing yourself more bad than good.

Another point he makes it to stay away from carbs first thing in the morning. He says to take in a protein source first then carbs about 30mins later. I have had a diet structured for me, and always taken a lot of carbs first thing in the morning.
George seems to say this will be catabolic for you. Can someone elaborate on this?

On a similiar point he says your Cortisol is highest in the morning, and you need a way to lower this.
He doesent speak much on this. How do you get your Cortisol levels down, and how does Cortisol affect you?

AT roughly 24mins in, he speaks about maintaining a lean physique all year round, as if you carry too much fat and water your body wont allow you to build muscle? Does this not defeat the aim of bulking? If this is true why do we bulk at all?

    Cliffs:

George Farrah talks about diet and training and answers crowds questions
Speaks a lot about carbs and natural GH levels
    Speaks briefly about cortisol
    Watch the vid its interesting

I'm actually following his advice on post workout carbs. Bought some Hydrolysed whey (although not the ON stuff he mentioned), and use that post workout, followed by carbs about 30-40 minutes later

It's all BS to make you believe you can get to Kai's size naturally. Lots of bro science in that video.
