anyone know where I can get these--my wife is thinking about getting implants and she wants to see how she looks and I heard these are the most realistic--anyone ever wear them--is there a big difference? Thanks in advance

I've never tried them...they seem strange to me, but they sell them at Fredericks of Hollywood. I'm not sure if they are on this on-line site but I saw them in the store.

I'm sure you can find them at Victoria's Secret or any women's department at Macy's, Dillards, JCPenny's, etc. You can also find scads of different ones at www.siliconeworks.com

I used them when I was a cocktail waitress (and prior to getting implants). Our uniforms were cut in a way that if you didn't have cleavage filling up space, you could see straight down your the top! LOL I didn't feel like mine looked fake/weird at all (got them from VS and wore them with a push up bra). The biggest difference between silicone inserts and implants would probably be that while you get a lot more cleavage from them, you don't get a lot of projection.
Have you been to any consultations? Some surgeons have sizers you can play with, or you can make your own with rice and pantyhose (1 cup of rice = 236 cc's). Keep in mind whatever you choose will look smaller with sub-muscular placement, so if you find the size you like that way, I'd let the surgeon get a visual.
