Wheat bran muffins (homemade without butter or sugar - whole wheat flour, wheat bran, unsweetened apple sauce, eggs, etc. look up a recipie), a myriad of different oatmeal combinations, yogurt, healthy cereal (Kashi, etc.), milk/soy milk, berries, fruit, nuts, cheese, nut butter sandwiches, omelette stuffed into pita bread, whole grain bread products... there are tons and tons and tons of things to eat. And it doesn't have to be "breakfast" food for breakfast either, make whatever you want.

I either have 1 1/2 scoops of optimum w/ 1 1/2 cups of oats, or...3 hard boiled eggs, 3 slices of wheat toast (organic), and 16 oz. of milk

I usually eat 150g of oats soaked in milk, lowfat yoghurt, 2 teaspoons of honey, sometimes I throw in 3 teaspoons of cocoa and of course a piece of fruit like banana etc.

Egg whites + whole eggs...
Do you buy Egg Beaters and mix in say 1/2 cup and then add a whole egg to the frying pan to give it taste?
Or do you hard boil and peel the whites?

Crack all in big bowl or tall/wide glass and spoon out however many yolks you want to take out. Then whisk with a fork and put in hot pan.

I like making omelettes with egg beaters. I empty one of their small cups (two servings) into the pan, then put in sliced meat. I sometimes use a salt substitute.
I've been wanting to put fat free cheese in as well, but I'm worried about the sodium content then.
