    December: 138 pnds

    Short Term Goal: 160 by March (1.79 pounds per week)
    Long Term Goal: 190 pnds 9% BodyFat

    Currently following Rippetoes starting strength program.

    Too many. Stick to the basics and add more SLOWLY in the LONG TERM, so you'll actually figure out what works and not waste half your money.

    For my money, keep creatine and a multivitamin in there.

    IF you can't get enough protein in your diet, a protein supplement too.

    If you were to consider anything else for the moment, you'd be best of sticking to just Vitamin and mineral supplements.

    ok im going to drop everything but the zma, bcaa, creatine, whey, and animal paks.

    forget the zma n bcaa's for now. youre just 140lbs you dont need so much stuff.. just some real food !!!
